Water and sewage planning for the Ramat Beit Shemesh Dalet-4 neighborhood

Purpose

Construction of infrastructure for the expanding neighborhood Ramat Beit Shemesh

The challenge

Hilly terrain with significant height differences and complex environmental constraints, which required providing creative solutions and careful planning, with multiple interactions between the various planners, the project management and the customer (the municipality).

Our part in the project management

  • Planning of water and sewage lines for about 3,000 homes and public buildings in the Dalet 4 and Dalet 3 neighborhoods of Ramat Beit Shemesh.
  • Planning of the primary and secondary pipeline, water yards, sewage collection pipeline, firefighting system for residential buildings and public buildings in the neighborhoods. After general planning approval, detailed design was carried out, involving multiple alterations and complex coordination between landscape, construction and road planners and others.
