The Israel Land Authority has recently advanced the Haifa Bay project spanning ~30,850 dunams, with planning potential for 100,000 housing units and 6 million m2 of employment space. The project required detailed planning alongside environmental and economic analyses.

Our Role in Project Management

Evaluating environmental quality parameters in alignment with the spatial and regulatory planning frameworks of the Ministry of Environmental Protection:

• Contaminated land: Evaluating remediation methods and costs according to regulatory policies.
• Air quality: Assessing pollution impacts on residential development within project boundaries.
• Hazardous materials: Evaluating safety distances and balancing public protection with existing industrial rights.
• Noise: Assessing noise limitations from both internal and external project sources near public areas.
